Are you new to bullet journaling and not sure where to start supply-wise? Are you a veteran and looking to get some new bujo gear? Here are a few of my favorite pens and markers that I always keep handy (and use everyday)!

Sharpie Pen, Medium – This is my all-time favorite. It writes with the boldness of a marker, yet the finesse of a pen! It’s extremely versatile so I use it for writing as well as creating my layouts. It also comes in fine, and a few different colors but the medium black is my #1 go to, everyday BuJo pen.

Pilot Metropolitan, medium nib – This was a birthday gift from Jen (Thank you 🙂 ) and it also made it’s way to one of my top writing pens. I use it for everyday writing from grocery lists to handwriting practice. It’s so easy to use for a fountain pen especially since I use the disposable cartridges- just snap in and write away!

Pentel EnerGel, 0.7mm (various colors) – These are another staple in my BuJo pouch. They were actually the ‘Pen of the Month’ at Staples so I figured I’d give them a try and I’ve loved them ever since! They write so smooth and have the crisp look of a gel pens that I love. I have them in black, orange, pink, blue, purple and red.

Staedtler Triplus Fineliner, 0.3mm (20 Brilliant Colours Pack) – These are my absolute favorite markers! I had originally bought them for my coloring books and decided to test them out in my BuJo and they are awesome for both! (And of course the organizer in my loves their perfect case/stand combo!)

Last but definitely not least are the Zebra Mildliners, I have the Noble color set – which I love!!! There’s barely any ghosting and I absolutely love this color set (green, blue, gray, purple and pink). They are also double sided- one bolder chisel side and a fine brush like side. There’s a combo pack with all three color sets which is a great deal but the Noble set is my favorite 🙂
